Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Swell+ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Swell+ does

Swell+ aggregates publicly available UK Parliament petitions and lets you log and track petitions you have signed on any platform.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Swell+.

Acceptable use

You may not use Swell+ to harass others, circumvent security measures, or submit false data.

Petition data

Petition data from the UK Parliament is published under the Open Parliament Licence. Swell+ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Parliament or any petition platform.

Gmail access

The Scan Gmail feature is used solely to read petition confirmation emails on your explicit request. You may revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google account settings.

Intellectual property

Swell+ and the twin-dolphin mark are owned by Orkazoo LTD.

Disclaimers

Swell+ is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime or the accuracy of petition data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
