Our commitment to protecting children

Orkazoo LTD and Swell+ maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behaviour, or activity that sexualises, exploits, harms, or endangers children in any form.

What is prohibited

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behaviour targeting minors
  • Content sexualising anyone under 18
  • Trafficking or exploitation of minors

About Swell+

Swell+ is a civic petition aggregator operated by Orkazoo LTD. It contains no user-generated content, no messaging between users, and no features that could facilitate contact with minors.

Enforcement

Any violation of these standards results in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Legal compliance

Swell+ complies with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and applicable EU child protection directives.
